1. Are you new to fitness? Enlist our highly trained staff Brian for a fitness centre orientation. Brian will show you how to properly and safely use our equipment and recommend exercises. To book an orientation call the centre at 604-713-1818. Training sessions are held on Fridays from 1:00-5:00pm.
2.Outside Personal Trainers are welcome here. Proof of accreditation and insurance is required. Trainer fee is $6.00 plus tax in addition to admission and client’s admission. Please ask for a form at the desk.

2 treadmills, ellipticals, TV, free weights, exercise balls, chest and shoulder machine, dual adjustable pulley machine, apex machine, benches, rowing machines, ab machines, calf machine, stretch area, punching bag, stationary bikes and more. Other features include air conditioning, filtered water. Please recycle your wristbands (in the garbage), do not talk on the phone in the Fitness Centre and clean the equipment after use.
We are now accepting the Vancouver Park Board Flexipass! Get unlimited admission to public sessions at Park Board fitness centres, indoor and outdoor pools and ice rinks with a monthly flexipass. The is a card that provides all Vancouver citizens with universal access to pools, rinks as well as fitness centres across the Park Board network of community centres and other citywide recreational facilities.
The OneCard can be loaded with any of the Park Board’s Flexipass options and 10 visit passes, and also includes the built-in 50 percent subsidy, for those who qualify, as part of the Park Board’s Leisure Access program for those with financial barriers.
